- For IESNA standard tests such as LM-79, we use third-party independent labs to do the testing for you. We provide you with IES files and photometric reports with no extra charge. We also send you our recommendations per the results.

Product repair –
- Regardless of whether the luminaire/product was designed/manufactured by us, we help you diagnose the issues from your field-returned fixtures and help repair / trouble-shoot for you.
On-site installation / measurement –
- You can hire us to go to a job site on your behalf to trouble shoot any installation problems especially if we are local to the site or project. Our technicians will help facilitate the installations for you.
- For both indoor and outdoor installations, you can use us to go out and do on-site measurements for you.
